The evening will start at 18.00 with a wine tasting in the 12th century wine cellars underneath this well-known Florence restaurant where you will be joined by your Sommelier. Your Sommelier, Tom, will introduce several wines. He will inform you about the history of each vineyard, the vineyard owner's story and the wine making process. He will teach you how to taste the wine and what to look for when tasting.
Following the wine tasting Tom will take you to the restaurant above which has been owned and run by the same family for over 50 years. There you will have a three course dinner, including wine. The restaurant is famous for its "Tuscan Bistecca" but if meat isn't to your liking you can order something else from the menu. We can cater for any dietary requirements.
